A collection of photographs taken in WWI Germany, many showing German airplanes either in flight or crashed or on the ground, scenes along the Rhine, statue of William the I, cannons and other weaponry, a German trench, German soldiers marching or posing or fighting, barracks, grave sites, cathedrals, a ruined French village, French bombers, a photo showing the junction of the Rhine and Mosell rivers, a Sausage Balloon, etc. Most of the photos are captioned in ink on the pages (not photos), some are captioned in ink on the lower margin (not image), and most of the reproduced photos are lettered in the negative in German text, one is lettered in English.
